PowerNet Circuit Analyzer version 2.30
PowerNet is a full-featured electrical engineering design and analysis software for electrical contractors, consultants and other electrical engineering organizations. It is suitable for medium to large projects requiring an easy to implement and easy to use engineering software. Electrical projects such as commercial building services, industrial plants, mining operations, as well as power generation, transmission and distribution systems.
PowerNet can calculate meshed network configuration as well as radial type distribution. Use it to design and analyze electrical systems with multiple voltage levels, from high voltage transmission through to distribution levels down to low voltage utilization voltages.
PowerNet is fully supported. We guarantee to solve all technical problem encountered with circuit calculations. We will also accomodate requests for additional functions and features. If these features are adopted in the standard versions, it will be supplied free of charge.
PowerNet Circuit Analyzer functions and features:
- Draw and print single line diagram.
- Display complete device information includes node voltages, voltage drops, branch current, kW, kVA and kVAr flow.
- Evaluate the effects of disconnected devices and branches on the rest of the circuit.
- Calculate three-phase, line to ground, line to line and double line to ground fault. Include motor contribution to fault. Show earth current, fault R/X ratio, RMS and peak fault current.
- Mouse-over display of device electrical data.
- Mouse-over display of voltage and current vectors.
- Create or modify device symbols.
- Highlight devices with overcurrent, kVA/kW overload, over/undervoltage.
- Print or plot to any Windows compatible printer or plotter.
- Use graphics to annotate and add legends, title blocks, logos to the single line diagram.
- Circuit report format compatible with MS Word, OpenOffice, Mac.
PowerSym, a symbol editor tool is supplied free with PowerNet. With this tool, you can edit the standard symbol set file supplied with PowerNet, or create a new file and set PowerNet to point to this file.
